How it works
Grading is most of what we do besides hauling dirt. New house lots, yards that never drained right, rough grade and finish grade both.
We run a track loader, a dozer and excavators, and we shoot grade with a laser on pads and anywhere water has to go somewhere specific.
When the dirt work is done we can seed and straw it so you are not looking at bare clay waiting on rain to wash it away.
What we need to know to quote it
Have these ready when you call and we can usually give you a number on the spot.
- What is the problem? Water standing, new construction, or a lot that needs leveling?
- About how big an area are we talking about?
- Does dirt need to come in, go out, or just move around?
- Do you want it seeded and strawed when we finish?

We used Smith mine on a project where we needed to remove an existing concrete driveway, re grade the existing slab, add a new drainage pipe and then pour the driveway back.
