Sometimes the fix is regrading so it runs the right way. Sometimes it is a drain line and a catch basin. Sometimes it is rock in a swale. Usually it is knowing which one.
New construction that needs silt fence and seeding to pass inspection, we do that too.

We used Smith mine on a project where we needed to remove an existing concrete driveway, re grade the existing slab, add a new drainage pipe and then pour the driveway back.
